Pretty Florals

If I didn’t love photographing weddings, what would I spend my time photographing?
Answer: Rare botanics with a macro lens and tribute to Georgia O’Keefe. Sensual, colorful abstract beauty. However, I will always love weddings, so sometimes I indulge in macro florals and pretty pictures 🙂

I love it when you can see the pollen on the inside of the flower because it has fallen off of the stamens. (I think that’s the right word… I could be wrong though – the thingies in the middle!) Such detail! Plus the different colors in that photo… very nice!
