Saucy Dipper Interview: Food Photo Tips

While Top Chef might get your appetite and creative culinary juices flowing, taking food photos is a whole ‘nother battle. The Saucy Dipper, a dippity awesome food blog, shared my food photography tips. Click the photo for the read:
While I am no food photo expert (you can earn a PhD in the subject), I make food look delectable and memorable during my weddings and events.

Brides love to remember those tiny wedding details… shoes, dresses, flowers… and let’s not forget the food! Which is why you’ll might find me hanging out near the kitchen door when reception food is served… 25 seconds of documentation makes for a great full-page spread in the wedding album.

My taste buds salivate when I remember the food from Ellen and Dave’s Westin Riverfront wedding in Beaver Creek, Colorado. Nomnomnom.wpid-food_photo_tips-2011-03-10-09-593.jpg
