happy b-day nicole :)

nicole's huge birthday candle on lemon cookies at maggiano's last night drew a smile on nicole and the family. we were treated to a wonderful dinner by nicole's parents and it was great to spend quality time with family. since it is lent, we did ask for a one-day pardon to indulge in birthday treats like a small dessert, (read: two huge indulgent desserts) and a nice glass of vino. here's a sweet low-light shot from our little iphone camera:
