going to the playoffs!

i just found out our wasa floor hockey team (don’t laugh) made it to the playoffs along with all of the other teams (again, don’t laugh). our tuesday night co-ed rec league games have been fun way to meet others. as a kid in second grade, i loved going to the local ymca and playing floor hockey. two dozen years later, not much as changed. violence is minimized to the occasional scuffed chin and there are more laughs than tears. the award for winning? bragging rights with the other team over beer and burgers.

our team name? the one, the only: “one drink minimum.”
