nicole & kevin: wedding
last saturday we drove I-70 westbound and joined our good friends at their wedding in redstone, colorado. i love it when i can go to weddings, say “nicole,” and get the attention of two wonderful VIPs of the day: the bride and my wife… both of which are PAs and both could set a fractured femur in no time.
weddings where we are treated like guests with fancy cameras are the best, with last weekend’s wedding no different. details were stunning, including totally fab vintage hairpiece by justine m. couture, hair & make-up by nar.cis.sus with ceremony at saint mary of the crown and the reception at the super-accommodating redstone inn, garnished with flowers by URLess, but crazy fun, tim & chuck at “flowers are wonderful.”

moments before the ceremony.

a catholic blessing:

nicole looked radiant.

we wanted to take him home in the worst way. he just wouldn’t fit in the camera bag.

nicole likes attention to detail. you think?

“you bet” is our answer for requested shots of friends & family, after all, it is their wedding day and we’re holding a camera.

count two knights, at night, in shining armor.

B&W one with the little girl pointing up her finger is amazing. Reminds me of a Joe Buissink type of photo.
