Pastures of Plenty Wedding Album Design

Yippee for this Pastures of Plenty wedding photography soon to be showcased in the finest form of a printed wedding album from Italy.

Blue ribbon for Lauren and Matt!

They were ON IT!!!… tying the knot on August 15… 10 days later their album design heads to production! That beats the current record holder by 8 days! This means they will enjoy their images in printed form sooner than later (and they get their digital images, earlier, too!).

We had a lovely backyard skype session last night, complete with cricket chirps that would make Jeff Bridges blush. In less than the time it takes to watch True Grit (of of my favorite movies), we created true wedding grit.

Their album features 110-pages with metallic paper using a horizontal fold to capture the panoramic glory of their double rainbow image, properly fashioned with a 2.75:1. For movie buffs, that’s an ultrawide aspect ratio used on a few films in the 1950s using Anamorphic projection lenses. And that just so happens THE movie I anticipate this holiday season, Quentin Tarantino’s Hateful Eight, will feature the same visual perspective. Big fan.

Take a peek at a few of their album design spreads:
