Erin & Jerod {Mayowood Stone Barn Proposal}

I met Erin & Jerod before they were engaged. Their souls were on fire without a shadow of doubt (the inspiration for the above Impossible Image), even after dating for years. They were looking for something creatively different for their wedding in Minneapolis. After hitting it off, Jerod and I coordinated his surprise engagement proposal to Erin at the Mayowood Stone Barn in Rochester, Minnesota.

At 4:10pm, the mercury fell below freezing. It didn’t matter. I was in position, hiding, bundled in down jacket and gloves. With stealth operations, we pinpointed the precise location behind barn doors where I’d camp out. Bingo. Everything went down, like planned. Perfect!

Their warm spirits kept creative momentum moving. Kudos to Jerod for pulling off an amazing surprise engagement proposal! He even surprised Erin by bringing along their dog, Oakley, to share in the excitement, too!
