Emily & Brian’s Album

Being a Minneapolis wedding photographer means after the wedding, one of my favorite things is to hand clients their completed wedding album! Emily and Brian were married on August 30 just outside of Minneapolis, where they held their Bearpath Country Club wedding.

I love when a good plan culminates! Their album arrived today, just in the nick of time for Thanksgiving. I promised I’d have it to them by the holidays (Brian was expecting Christmas). This is just one little way I like to under-promise and over-deliver!

Pride and effort pours into the combined effort. While this may be the most expensive book they’ll ever purchase, it will be a one-of-a-kind that will offer a lifetime of priceless memories. Their primary album was 9.5” x 13” when closed and parent albums are 8” x 12” along with 8 4”x5” pocketbooks. They loved their images so much they decided to add additional spreads for a total of 50 spreads (100 pages) with upgraded metallic paper and a black leather slipcase. The design? Simple, classic style, featuring a clean design which will still look timeless in 20 years.

How were they able to receive their album so fast? I walked them through a typical wedding album workflow which I detail in this blog post on my album design process.

My approach to wedding photography is simple:  make amazing photographs, provide excellent service, care for each couple as if they were my only client, and deliver a stunning album. After all, the completed wedding album reflects the importance of their wedding day I’m proud to share! I’m excited to share this sneak peek!
